Our ethos is much the same as many restaurants in the Northern Rivers – we use as much local, small batch, organic and free range produce as we can lay our hands on – we’d be crazy not to. We smoke our meats in house over Australian hardwoods for that American-BBQ-slash- Australian-childhood-camping-trip-nostalgiafix.
